Some tough facts when it comes to work from home.
π Working from home all the time is not working for a lot of employers and employees.
πββοΈ You are not productive in your pyjamas and everyone is starting to feel that – particularly your employer.
π’ Employers need to teach their teams how to work in an office and they want you back in the office.
πΆ Interns and new starts need to be near colleagues to feel connected to a business as well as to ask lots of questions on topics they need to learn to be productive.
πWork from home is not a right – employees need to add value to their businesses, otherwise why are they employed?
