7 Part Series – 9 Key Roles in your RPA Centre of Expertise (RCOE)

Hey you,

Welcome to a new series on the 9 key roles needed to deliver RPA success. I am using what I have learned about digital transformation, RPA and AI along side my 25 year plus business experience to give back to the people of LinkedIn.

This is a LinkedIn series were a community of RPA and Intelligent Automation experts will share their real world experience of RPA and IA to provide as much value as possible so you can hire the right talent for your Intelligent Automation Centre of Expertise.

We have stories to tell and the scars to show for it.

Over the next lot of weeks we will be sharing lots of excellent articles. You will learn tips and insights from real world experts to help you build far greater understanding of the roles and ways of working you need to follow to deliver RPA success.

  1. Week one of this new series begins by outlining the 15 key skills and attributes needed to be an exceptional RPA developer.
  2. Week two will look at how to hire an exceptional RPA developer.
  3. Week three will outline the role, skills and attributes of a Head of Intelligent Automation.
  4. Week four will review the Solutions Architect, Cloud and OCR Architect roles.
  5. Week five will talk to the Bot Controller and RPA business analyst roles (inc. design thinking; lean for digital; process analytics).
  6. Week six will consider the Scrum Master and data scientist (AI; NLP and Chat bots; Data Analytics, etc.) roles.
  7. Finally, in week seven we will discuss how to setup and run an RPA Intelligent Automation Centre of Expertise.

I have started this article to make it easier for people like yourself to follow along with this series. I don’t want you to miss out on anything, and it is a great place to come back to for reference. I hope that this is very helpful for you.
